A native of New Jersey, Vigeland studied at Kent Place School before pursuing a bachelor’s degree in “Government & Law” at Lafayette College. She graduated in 2016 and joined TYT as a political intern in June that year.

Quickly rising through the ranks, she became a political correspondent and news producer in August. She had been a long-time fan of TYT before joining them and found Cenk Uygur’s coverage of 2016 election to be refreshingly honest amidst a sea of mainstream media hot air. She serves as the main host of the network’s political content channel, TYT Politics/Rebel HQ. Vigeland has garnered a positive reputation for reporting on political corruption, exposing conservative hypocrisy, and covering grassroots progressive movements all over US.
